First successful lawsuit over loans in Swiss francs
Ljubljana, 21 August - The Ljubljana District Court has ruled that a loan contract between an individual and bank Unicredit banka Slovenija in Swiss francs is null and void, in what is the fist successful lawsuit by a borrower against a bank in Slovenia over loans in the Swiss currency.
