Timmermans says Poland case different from arbitration

Ljubljana, 5 September - The European Commission's First Vice-President Frans Timmermans agreed with Slovenian MPs on Tuesday that the arbitration issue was related to respect for the rule of law as one of the fundamentals of the EU, but also said that the Poland situation was quite a different thing.
