Paper issues passionate condemnation of Cerar and rail upgrade

Ljubljana, 12 September - The business daily Finance takes a clear stance against the upgrade of the rail track to the Koper port as proposed by the government, saying a vote against at the 24 September referendum is a vote against the pillaging of taxpayers' wallets.
