Večer says Koper-Divača referendum a new defeat for democracy

Maribor, 25 September - The low turnout in Sunday's referendum on the expansion of the railway line between the port of Koper and the inland Divača hub, which is an important project for the country's future development, is another defeat for (direct) democracy in Slovenia, the newspaper Večer says in Monday's commentary.
