Phone tap evidence not to be admitted in Janković case

Ljubljana, 27 September - The Ljubljana Higher Court has rejected the prosecution's appeal against an investigating judge's decision to throw out phone-tapping evidence against Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Janković over procedural violations in a ruling that is final and could affect other open cases.
