Delo says time and dialogue needed in Catalonia

Ljubljana, 11 October - Delo comments on Wednesday that time and dialogue are needed in Catalonia and that Catalan leader Carles Puigdemont cunningly did not give up the independence dream while also not closing the Spanish and above all European door.
