Cerar "sincerely striving" for dialogue with Croatia

Brussels, 20 October - Prime Minister Miro Cerar and his Croatian counterpart Andrej Plenković agreed on the sidelines of the EU summit on Friday that preparations for "dialogue at the top level" get underway despite their differences with regards to the arbitration award on the Slovenian-Croatian border.
