Denationalisation, protracted by complex cases, continues to stir debate
Ljubljana, 1 November - In what has been more than quarter of a century since the end of communism in Slovenia, the independent state has resolved the bulk of denationalisation claims, it is however still grappling with a few major cases. Many of the complex claims have involved the Catholic Church and damages lawsuits resulting from the delays.
