Number of housing market deals at record high in H1, prices up 3%

Ljubljana, 6 November - Housing market data for the first half of the year published by the Surveying and Mapping Authority (GURS) on Monday show the total number of deals has reached record highs since the start of systematic surveying in 2007. Prices of used flats were up 3%, standing 10% above the 2015 low but still 14% below the 2008 peak levels.
