Ankaran takes Italian govt to court over gas terminal approvals

Ankaran/Rome, 10 November - The municipality of Ankaran has filed a lawsuit against two Italian ministries for issuing an environmental approval for the construction of a gas pipeline between Trieste and Grado. The move is seen as the last step before a construction permit is issued for the contentious gas terminal in Aquilinia, a stone's throw from Slovenia.
