Ljubljana action plan on OER well received at UNESCO, ministry says

Ljubljana, 10 November - The Ljubljana Open Educational Resources Action Plan 2017, which as adopted at the second UNESCO World Congress on the OER, hosted by the Slovenian capital at the end of September, was well received by the UNESCO General Conference in Paris on Friday, the Sloveian Education Ministry said.
