Mass loss events cause slightly lower profit for insurer Triglav

Ljubljana, 17 November - The group around Slovenia's leading insurer Triglav ended the first nine months with a net profit of EUR 52.3m, which is a 2% decrease year-on-year. The decline came despite a 8% growth in premiums to EUR 777.1m, as gross claims paid increased by 5% to EUR 467.4m, shows the report, released on Friday.
