Malpractice damage suit from Israel rejected in retrial
Ljubljana, 29 November - The Ljubljana District Court has rejected the EUR 2.3m malpractice damage claim from an Israeli patient against renowned Slovenian neurosurgeon Vinko Dolenc in a retrial. The ruling is not final, as the legal representative of the patient has appealed to the Supreme Court, the newspaper Delo reported on Wednesday.
