Govt not buying Mercator, will look into Agrokor sale contract

Ljubljana, 29 November - Economy Minister Zdravko Počivalšek told MPs on Wednesday that the government was not thinking about buying Mercator as there were other ways to ensure stable operations of the retailer. The government will meanwhile try to find out whether the contract on Mercator's sale to Agrokor contained an anti-corruption clause.
