Court declares minister's pick of competition watchdog boss unlawful
Ljubljana, 6 December - The Administrative Court has ruled that the economic minister's selection of Andrej Matvoz as the head of the Competition Protection Agency was unlawful, the newspaper Delo and portal Siol reported on Wednesday. The court cited major violations of the rules of procedure and substantive law.
