Talks in Zagreb bring no breakthrough in Slovenia-Croatia border dispute
Zagreb, 19 December - Slovenian and Croatian prime ministers, Miro Cerar and Andrej Plenković, failed to make any headway in efforts to resolve the border issue as they met in Zagreb on Tuesday. While Cerar repeated the June arbitration award is binding on both countries, Plenković proposed a legal framework for a bilateral agreement.
