Cerar says rail talks with Hungary not deleterious to Koper port

Ljubljana, 20 December - Prime Minister Miro Cerar has criticised "fear mongers" as he rejected claims on Wednesday that an agreement being discussed with Hungary about its role in the Divača-Koper rail project would be damaging to port operator Luka Koper.
