Refugee Shamieh's case handed back to Interior Ministry
Ljubljana, 28 December - The Interior Ministry will have to re-examine the asylum application of Ahmad Shamieh, a Syrian refugee whose case threatened to undermine the government, after the Administrative Court decided that his request had not been formally rejected, Dnevnik reported on Thursday.
