Minister rejects demands for extra pay for soldiers on territory awarded to Croatia

Ljubljana, 31 December - Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec has rejected demands of the Defence Trade Union for extra pay for soldiers stationed at the Slovenian military installation at Trdinov vrh, a border peak that the arbitration tribunal has awarded to Croatia. Until Slovenia and Croatia settle the handover, the status of Trdinov vrh will not have changed, he said.
