Gorenje shareholders deciding on supervisory board overhaul

Velenje, 9 January - The shareholders of household appliances maker Gorenje will hold an extraordinary meeting on Tuesday to decide on a proposed overhaul of the supervisory board, reportedly due to overly friendly ties with the management.
