Slovenia enforcing sea border with fines for Croatian fishermen
Ljubljana, 4 January - Piran Bay has become the central theatre of Slovenia's efforts to enforce the decision of the border arbitration tribunal, which awarded some 80% of the bay to Slovenia last June. As of 30 December, Croatian boats face high fines for fishing in Slovenian waters without permits, which already seems to have an impact.
