Delo not optimistic about arbitration impasse

Ljubljana, 22 January - Delo finds on Monday that there is not much will in Brussels to prompt a breakthrough in the Slovenia-Croatia border arbitration impasse and that Slovenia's only choice is a lawsuit, the outcome of which is uncertain.
