Delo says fines way to border dispute resolution

Ljubljana, 31 January - The newspaper Delo says that relations between Slovenia and Croatia are worsening to the pre-2009 level, but it sees the problems with the fines issued to Croatian fishermen as a way leading to Croatia's accepting the tribunal's decision on the border.
