As referendum proponents celebrate, govt apprehensive about court ruling

Ljubljana, 31 January - The proponents of the referendum on the Divača-Koper rail expansion were talking about victory after the Constitutional Court struck down several provisions of referendum legislation. The government, on the other hand, was cautious, even as it said court decisions would be respected.
