Delo: EU Commission should strive to resolve Slovenia-Croatia border dispute

Ljubljana, 19 February - The newspaper Delo says in its front-page commentary on Monday that the European Commission should do everything in its power to help implement the border arbitration decision between Slovenia and Croatia if it really wants to "export stability to the Western Balkans".
