CoE formally closes supervision in Ališić case vs Slovenia
Strasbourg, 15 March - The Council of Europe's Committee of Ministers' Deputies on Thursday adopted a resolution that formally closes its supervision of Slovenia's execution of the 2014 ruling of the European Human Rights Court (ECHR) in the Ališić case. The case is thus successfully closed for Slovenia.
