Kučan on Puigdemont's arrest: EU members tool of Spanish persecution
Ljubljana, 26 March - EU countries have become a tool of Spain's persecution of legitimate politicians, former Slovenian President Milan Kučan said as he responded to Sunday's arrest of ousted Catalan leader Carles Puigdemont.
