ECB raises concerns about franc loan conversion bill

Frankfurt, 24 April - The European Central Bank (ECB) has expressed several reservations about a bill on the conversion of Swiss franc loans submitted by a group of Slovenian MPs, in particular concerns about its retroactive character and effects on the banking sector.
