Finance says countries opposing EU norms costs them money

Ljubljana, 26 April - In the talks on the next EU financial framework, Slovenia, a net receiver, is not being mentioned as a problematic member that the EU would need to discipline with threats of funding cuts. But the country has upset Brussels in some cases, most notably by not selling the NLB bank, Finance says on Thursday.
