Oral hearing not expected to produce progress over arbitration

Brussels, 30 April - The oral hearing to be hosted by the European Commission on Wednesday in the procedure triggered by Slovenia against Croatia over its refusal to implement the border arbitration decision is a procedural step that is not expected to lead to a change of positions. Nor is the Commission expected to undertake any initiative.
