Retrial ordered in one of SCT fraud cases

Ljubljana, 15 May - The Ljubljana Higher Court has ordered a retrial in a case that involves the defrauding of former Slovenian construction giant SCT. While the first instance court had handed out multi-year prison sentences to three persons, the higher court sees the need for a more solid substantiation of the charges.
