Ex-construction baron bound for jail after all

Ljubljana, 16 January - Ivan Zidar, the disgraced construction mogul, might have to go to prison after all, although his health has not improved. Under recent legislative changes, prison can only be delayed if the convict is hospitalised, and after two years of avoiding jail, Zidar has been found fit to serve jail, but he may still challenge to decision.
