Former ACH owners bidding to take over a spa
Ljubljana, 16 May - Intus Invest, a firm affiliated with the hotel arm of the former ACH holding, has published a takeover bid for the Topolšica spa, seeking to increase its stake beyond the 32.01% it already has.
