Third time not lucky for Adris's Sava Re takeover plans

Ljubljana, 28 May - The Slovenian Agency for Insurance Supervision has denied Croatian Adris Grupa and its affiliated insurer Croatia Osiguranje the regulatory clearance to increase its stake in Slovenian insurance group Sava Re to 33% for the third consecutive time.
