Gorenje management supports Hisense's goals from takeover bid

Velenje/Ljubljana, 31 May - Commenting on the takeover bid by Hisense Luxembourg Home Appliance of the Chinese group Hisense, the management of household appliances maker Gorenje emphasised the acquirer's commitment to keep and develop all Gorenje brands. It also agrees with Hisense that its plans with Gorenje are beneficial for the company's future.
