People along the border happy with post-arbitration aid schemes

Piran/Metlika/Razkrižje, 15 June - The award declared by the tribunal arbitrating on the Slovenian-Croatian territorial dispute almost a year ago directly affected the lives of people along the border. Most are happy with the financial assistance offered to those who opt to move to the Slovenian side, but problems at sea remain.

The course of the Slovenian-Croatian border in the area of Sečovlje and the river Dragonja in the south-west of the country based on the ruling of the international border arbitration tribunal.
