Dnevnik finds asset seizure act misguided

Ljubljana, 25 July - Commenting on the Constitutional Court's quashing the retroactive nature of the 2011 act on the seizure of illegally gained assets, Denvnik suggests on Wednesday that the decision was to be expected because the law was poorly written.
