EPP values erode EU, says Kučan

Novo Mesto, 27 July - Milan Kučan, Slovenia's first president, believes that the EU has departed from its core values, while being guided by the values of the European Peoples' Party (EPP), something that he says could be seen in the European Commission's reaction to the developments in Catalonia and the Slovenia-Croatia arbitration row.
