Supreme Court retracts ECHR challenge amid public outcry
Ljubljana, 29 October - The Supreme Court has retracted a contentious post on its website in which it appeared to challenge a ruling of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in a major anti-trust case. Amid a public outcry, the court stressed it respected ECHR rulings.
