MPs united ECHR rulings must be respected

Ljubljana, 9 November - The parliamentary Justice Committee urged the judicial authorities on Friday to respect the rulings of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), a cross-partisan appeal that came in the aftermath of statements by the Supreme Court that appeared to challenge the ECHR's prerogative.
