Poultry producer Perutnina Ptuj sold to Ukraine's MHP
Ptuj/Ljubljana, 20 November - Steel group SIJ has signed a contract to sell poultry producer Perutnina Ptuj to Ukrainian group MHP, pending clearance from the Slovenian anti-trust agency.
