SIJ raises stake in Perutnina Ptuj to over 90%
Ljubljana, 24 November - The Russian-owned steel group SIJ has acquired an additional 12.77% stake in poultry maker Perutnina Ptuj, raising its total holding to 90.69%. SIJ paid EUR 11.15m for the stake.
