Cengiz rejects review commission, insists its tunnel bid still part of tender

Ljubljana, 5 December - The tender of the national motorway company DARS for a second tube of the Karavanke motorway tunnel between Slovenia and Austria seems in danger of sliding into a spiral of appeals. The Turkish contractor Cengiz Insaat Sanayi ve Ticaret, whose selection by DARS has been annulled by the National Review Commission, insists its bid remains relevant.
