Finance says Slovenian construction industry up to old tricks

Ljubljana, 11 December - The business newspaper Finance comments on the Karavanke tunnel tender, from which the national auditing commission excluded the winner, Turkish builder Cengiz Insaat. The paper says that much has changed in the construction sector over the past decade, but the tricks of construction companies have remained the same.
