Review commission says it had no choice but to exclude Cengiz bid
Ljubljana, 20 December - The National Review Commission defended on Thursday its decision to annul the selection of a Turkish construction company from the tender to build the Karavanke tunnel. The move comes a day after Cengiz repeated at a press conference yet again that its bid had not been excluded from the tender.
