IMSI catchers to be introduced with changes to criminal procedure law
Ljubljana, 29 December - The Justice Ministry has drafted a set of changes to the criminal procedure law which transpose the EU's victim's rights directive, but leave out some controversial solutions regarding the questioning of suspects. Nevertheless, the bill creates a legal basis to allow the controversial IMSI catchers.
