Govt to adopt changes to criminal procedure act
Ljubljana, 31 January - The government will discuss changes to the criminal procedure law as it meets for its weekly session on Thursday. The Justice Ministry has drafted a set of changes which transpose the EU's victim's rights directive, but leave out some controversial solutions regarding the questioning of suspects.
