DARS looking at possible EUR 10m court-ordered payment to Italian builder
Ljubljana, 15 February - The national motorway operator DARS has been ordered to pay EUR 10m to the Italian builder of the Trojane tunnel in a Ljubljana District Court ruling coming 13 years after Impresa Grassetto started the legal dispute over costs, Dnevnik reported on Friday. DARS, which was sued for EUR 54m, has announced an appeal.
