EU should make key appointments ASAP, Delo says

Ljubljana, 26 June - Rather than dealing with the desired revival of Europe and its strategy for the next five years, the EU has found itself in a "not so honourable staffing battle" after the last EU election, the newspaper says on Wednesday, calling for prompt appointment of top officials.
