Slovenian MEP ruffles feathers by speaking Serbian in EU Parliament
Strasbourg, 17 December - Slovenian MEP Vladimir Prebilič ruffled some feathers in the European Parliament in Strasbourg on Monday as he addressed his fellow MEPs in the Serbian language in a bid to draw attention to the situation in Serbia. Croatian MEP Željana Zovko of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) labelled Prebilič's use of Serbian a provocation.
